Jesse Buck Neighbors
Volunteer contributor Keith Buck was interested in finding who his Great Great Grandfather Jesse Buck's neighbors were when Appanoose County was founded. In his research of this information, he decided to construct a map from the "Original Entry Book, Appanoose County, Iowa 1850 - 1856". This book is the registry of the land owners in Appanoose County at the time the county was created. This map is a detail of the Chariton and Walnut townships, sections 69 and 70. The map is not exact, but is a decent representation of the area. The map is quite large and can take some time to load.
